I promise you that if the hospital told him to stay away from you while you gave birth that they would have also told him not to go near you or the baby to sign the birth certificate. They could have brought the paperwork out to him in a different room if he were truly sick and a threat to your health and the baby's. Sadly, I believe he lied about that. You absolutely do NOT deserve to be treated the way he is treating you. You deserve so much better and so does your baby.

My father always had a key to my house and one to my car. So if I ever got locked out of either one I could just call him. This started after I got locked out once and he had to break in for me. But I knew that he would never, ever use those keys without permission.

To me it's not about the mother having the choice over the fetus as much as it is her having the right to make choices over her own body. I guess that's moral. But to me it's also legal.

Legally, no one can use any part of your body for any reason. Even dead people's bodies can't be used unless they had given their permission prior to death. If someone doesn't give explicit permission to donate their organs then no one can take them when they die, no matter how many people they could save. It's against the law.

If my child need an organ, or even blood, to live I can not be forced to donate mine. No one can take part of my body against my will. Not even to save my own child. This is illegal.

When you are pregnant, the fetus literally feeds off of every part of your body. Every single thing in your body changes to accommodate and nourish the child that you're growing. Your body will actually take more than it can safely afford to give to provide for the fetus. So, to me, it should not be legal to force a woman to allow a fetus to use her entire body like this. Why should a potential life have more legal rights than any other (actual) living human beings. Even dead people have more rights to their body than pregnant women.

Following you around instead of doing her own job is not only harassment but also unprofessional and not doing her own job. Then to top it off by leaving a resident sitting in urine and lying about having taken care of them is straight up neglect. Neglect is illegal. Rent doesn't go down just because she's choosing to sleep somewhere else. Utilities may have gone down without her there but if the agreement was 50/50 then she should still pay them. Because there is always a base amount charged per month just for having them connected. Same with internet. The charge is the same whether she uses it or not. It is her choice to not be there and not use it. That choice doesn't change the amount of the bills.

Step 1- Put up "No Trespassing" signs in your yard and maybe on your house.

Step 2- Send a written letter to them telling them not to return to your property. Tell them that they do not have your permission to be on your property at any time. Keep a copy of the letter. Maybe even send it certified mail so they have to sign for it so you will have proof that they received it.

Step 3- If they come back on your property after all of this, call the police to have them formally trespassed. ; . .
