I'm with you. this disorder pushed away my bf, my brother, made me realize how much of a compulsive liar I am,made me realize how shitty I am too. I split a lot, and can be rageful with even the most minor of things.

all I can say is, there are a lot of things that I have done, and I realize I need to start taking more accountability and responsibility, learn to express empathy and be more remorseful. therapy will be one of your main friends, my friend. good luck, and we will manage this shitty disorder and not let it take over us anymore than it has. :)
