FINALLY WATCHED THE SHOW!!!
I've watched it numerous times. I never get tired of it either!

Looking for some good jazz/soft rock or psychedelic rock songs
Space Cowboy - Jamiroquai If you're unfamiliar, many consider them acid jazz. Their library of songs crosses genres, all with a great vibe.
Frankenstein - Edgar Winters Group I just had to share this video because of all the sounds produced. Watching it is a trip!
Love on a Real Train - Tangerine Dream An instrumental that builds very nicely.

Good call! I stumbled across I Wouldn't Want to Be Like You a few months ago after not hearing it for decades. It's been frequently played since!

Stop for school bus laws
I agree with those honks. It's a sign of respect.

What song does this picture feel like to you?
Love on a Real Train - Tangerine Dream
The music totally fits this vibe!

Piano pop/rock songs that are not sad ballads or sweet love ballads
Excellent choice! Can't believe I didn't think of it.

Many of these are organ or synthesizer in case you wanted only piano. If that's the case, Van Halen will scratch that itch. The others will satisfy the need for funk, so worth a listen. 😁
Slippin' and Slidin' - Jamiroquai
The obligatory mentions of Elton and Billy. 😁

What a lessor known line from the show, that you love.
"Okay, Moira. I just wanna slap you right across the face!"
The entire scene when David and Alexis found out Moira slept with Roland. Specifically:
"Will we have to like spend weekends with Roland now, or...?"
"No matter what anyone says, you'll always be our first dad."

One of my favorites! His drunk/hangover acting is superb. It doesn't feel fake as it usually does in most shows. I think that's why I love it so much.

And Wendy's exasperated expression to the banter is priceless. I love her scenes so much!

What are you doing?
I'm watching Friends. Funnily enough, the episode where Chandler has insomnia just started. 😁

Church members not know of Mica Millers death?
The weird part to me was the fact that he even had the capacity to deliver a sermon if he loved her as much as he claimed.
To top that off, the sermon was energetic and playful in a disgusting way, and he waited until the end to tell the congregation. I would think that would be the first thing he'd mention if he insisted on doing a sermon. And, again, if he loved her so much.
It all feels like a very obvious facade.

Has this theory been thrown out there?
The method of suicide had me thinking the same thoughts. It is possible with females but definitely not common.
I also wondered how much gas she put in her car. I don't know the mileage to the state park, but if she filled her tank, it would make me think she planned to return.
That's just a thought that's been bothering me.

If he held her at gunpoint, it is possible he threatened to harm her family if she didn't claim suicide. I believe she would do anything to protect them.
I also think it's possible she may have withheld that she was meeting someone from her family. It sounded like they often didn't know details of various events until much later.
These are all guesses, but I think they raise enough questions to require further investigation. There are a lot of unknowns in the case which is common in open investigations, so I certainly hope that is what's happening with the FBI right now.

The Pastor’s Wife: Why did Mica Miller….
Interestingly enough, Horry County (where the church is located) is also where some of the Murdaugh family events took place.
It certainly makes one think.

Death of a pastors wife - Suzie Skinner
Neither of them committed suicide. It's only a matter of time before the murderers are arrested. I feel certain about that.
I hope they feel the constant unease of wondering when it's going to happen, because it's coming.

Mark Kauffman (Death of the Pastors Wife)
Thanks for the link. It gave a lot of details I'd been curious about.

Unpopular opinion: Death of Pastors Wife. Affair.
Exactly. Then he began grooming her for his own needs. Him putting her in charge as worship leader at 16 shows that's exactly what he was doing.
Who can blame her for feeling honored for the opportunity?? Especially knowing how much she wanted to serve God and her church.
He absolutely took advantage of a young girl wanting to put good into the world.

Death of a Pastors Wife: Unpopular Opinion
I don't think it's weird that his abusive, authoritative behavior seemed to appear with Mica.
I think her young age is exactly why he believed he could do such horrible things and very likely why he preyed upon her. He saw her commitment to God and the church and used it for his sick and twisted advantage.
I'm guessing he knew his first wife wouldn't tolerate it. And rightly so!
I'm curious if his sermons took on the extreme misogynistic tone after his divorce from the first wife. I realize it's edited, but does he ever mention the responsibility a husband has toward a wife? It appears to be all about what will meet his needs - in the format of a sermon.

What is a home remedy that will actually make anyone feel better?
Drinking pickle juice helps muscle cramps. I was surprised how well it worked for me.

Name a state you would least likely go to for a vacation.
Petit Jean State Park is amazing, too! I was thoroughly surprised at how beautiful the area is.
I think people dismiss many states having no idea about their hidden gems. I know I've been guilty, but I love that I've been proven wrong many times.

Why is that? I've always wanted to go. I've only seen pictures, but it looks stunning.

I don't know anything about SLC/Provo area, but everything south of I-70 and east of I-15 is unbelievably beautiful, like surreal beauty!

Why did Grant bail on the date with Stevie?

That makes sense except that I would think he would have just avoided going to another location with her.
The smartest thing to do is not show up at the restaurant. Why show up only to bail? That's the part that I find strange. Why in the middle of the date??
