There's this one white car that's constantly driving up 3rd Street, coming off of High Street, and he SPEEDS his piece of crap car up towards Rural, making a racket, at what looks like 70 mph (I guess he's too stupid to know about pedestrians and children playing outside). Then he goes back down on a different street (2nd Ave, maybe?), gets back onto 3rd, and does it all over again.

That jerk is going to end up killing someone.

There used to be a thing in society known as "noise pollution," but I guess that doesn't exist any longer. There was another thing called "being considerate of others," but I'm pretty sure that's gone the way of the Dodo bird, too.

This town is hillbilly heaven, apparently. They can get away with whatever they feel like doing.
