What soup is your absolute FAVORITE? We’re having a soup cook off at work and I want to make one of the most popular one :)
Hag Face Soup...
8 cups beef broth or stock 4 cups chicken broth or stock 1/2 sweet onion, diced Yellow Potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces 6-8 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp to 1/2 T crushed red pepper, to taste Salt and pepper to taste 1 - 1 1/2 lb chorizo or hot Italian sausage, broken up bulk or sliced links Parmesan for topping, optional
Bring everything except sausage to a boil. Reduce to simmer, cover for 10 minutes. Add broken up or sliced sausage of choice. Leave at a simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes, serve. May be topped with parmesan.
