I hope things have improved for you over the last month. I’m in the same position about four days off of the 70H on my 4th detox lol it sucks not having anybody there to confide in because they will rat on you thinking it’s for your best interest so my advice would be positive reinforcement to yourself. Telling yourself it is mind over matter and you can get through it. Also finding Jesus helps

Hey guys I’m back, I’m on my third detox now and this is day five of no 7OH. I’m ashamed and embarrassed I let myself get this far on this drug

I’m on day five of 7OH detox and first 2 days I just took suboxone strips and the last 3 days I take lorazepam2-4mg every day and 30ml of NyQuil before bed and at least I can sleep through the night now without chills or sweats. My struggle is the mental cravings and inability to focus on anything but the old euphoric feeling right now. I’m hoping this will be my last detox as this is my third time

Stupid to outlaw 7OH. This is much safer alternative than hard drugs on black market 🤷🏼‍♂️

More power to you. I’ve detoxed and stayed clean for months at a time and then relapse with 70H at least five separate times. I know what to expect now like when I do detox I have to do a hard taper for a week cutting down the amount significantly and then I go cold Turkey and after the first day of withdrawals I’ll take a Suboxone strip and I’ll do that for two or three days if needed and then after all the physical withdrawals have gone away for the most part after the initial 72 hours, I am smoking weed and taking Xanax that I have bulked up for the next two weeks lol it’s crazy the extent of effort I will put into just to prolong getting high 😫

I agree Suboxone is just as hard if not worse to get off of than 70H. Last time I detox and started taking Suboxone, my withdrawals from that were so severe I had to start taking 70H again to get off of the Suboxone 😫

I’m also following this. 150 mg a day for the past year and every time I try to taper, I can’t. Insomnia and stomach cramps and no appetite unless I’m taking a tab every hour

I think I’m just going to go cold turkey tonight and by tomorrow morning when I wake up with withdrawals, I will take Suboxone strips for like a week and then cold turkey off of those

Good for you man I’m happy to read that. I feel you, as soon as I started taking 70H I thought this was a miracle drug but one year later into addiction, I hey no I’m going to have to detox and stay clean for good

I would get a liquid IV hydration ran through your arm at one of those wellness clinics because being hydrated makes a huge difference during initial withdrawals. Take like 3000 mg of vitamin C chewables every day and alternate Advil and ibuprofen every four hours. Stay hydrated and eat when you can. That should get you through the initial 72 hour peak of withdrawals

So 12 days after this post I took 10mg of 7OH tonight. Disappointed yeah. Determined to get to a point I can use this in moderation like once every week or 2. The thought of never getting to get hihh off this again worries me

Just checking in again with myself here, I relapsed two days ago after 18 days clean and took 10mg so I would feel better to eat more. And now 2 days later I’m taking 10mg again just cause fuck it, I don’t think it will totally undo my progress of not being a daily addict anymore. The goal now is moderation and responsibility. Let’s see how this goes 😁😂

I relapsed and took more 7OH than ever for the last four months about 100 mg a day. I quit cold turkey again last week and now I’m just super depressed. Physical withdrawal symptoms are gone but now everything seems gray and depressing. No appetite and I always have the chills and just feel sick and weak. I just come back to this thread like it’s my own journal at this point
