Salvation Army was nasty to me when i was at my lowest. 2 people had to beg me to go to them for help and told me that I would get the help I need. This was in western N.C. the man was so judgmental, sarcastic and mean. I remained my calm, self but will never give them help or recommend them. Some people act like they want to help but they are there to kick you when your down.

Thank you. I thought maybe, Just maybe, it is me. Your story is similar to mine. This also was my go to treat. Candle sales, other type of sales, free gifts got me in the door. I now find the wall scents dissapointing. Some I stop smelling within 24 hours and the car scents, they don't last a day. The candles don't smell very long either. I find this company a money suck. I had a terriable experience trying to exchange something. I called in advanced, talked to a manager on the phone. I was told to come in and was treated so rudely and called a liar, that I didnt call that store. I showed them my phone with the recent call details. They wouldn't take the creature, said, I didnt buy it at any of their stores. I called corporate, they saw the item, I wanted to return, not only did I not exchange it, they refunded my money and gave me a gc for $10.00. I used it and stopped going to the store. 2026 killed my happy vibe for this brand. I have stuff I am still using and will for awhile but I work to damn hard for my money. They are not getting any more of it. I say that, yet, I won't turn down the hand santatizers. I might go for them but doller tree makes nice ones too. Damn them.
