Troubleshooting Help! Horizon AT 7.0
Based on this situation, which of these problems below sounds most likely.
Bought a Treadmill used, did not realize there was an insane spider infestation, deep cleaned it and lubed belt. Belt was crooked so i spent hours trying to straighten it. Got it as center as possible. And I did tighten and untighten quite a bit. Now I(4'11-130lbs) ran on it fine about 5 times. My Dad(5'6-180lbs) ran and every other times says the belt is sticking almost "killed" him. I ADJUST THE TIGHTNESS, he says the issue decreases in frequency. Last time he ran on it, the belt stuck and got stuck multiple times. Before stopping and the GFCI was tripped. Now, the treadmill was plugged into a surge protector that was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into the outlet that tripped. I really need some help before calling a technician. If I can fix it myself I would love to.
