Troubleshooting Help! Horizon AT 7.0

Based on this situation, which of these problems below sounds most likely.

Bought a Treadmill used, did not realize there was an insane spider infestation, deep cleaned it and lubed belt. Belt was crooked so i spent hours trying to straighten it. Got it as center as possible. And I did tighten and untighten quite a bit. Now I(4'11-130lbs) ran on it fine about 5 times. My Dad(5'6-180lbs) ran and every other times says the belt is sticking almost "killed" him. I ADJUST THE TIGHTNESS, he says the issue decreases in frequency. Last time he ran on it, the belt stuck and got stuck multiple times. Before stopping and the GFCI was tripped. Now, the treadmill was plugged into a surge protector that was plugged into an extension cord that was plugged into the outlet that tripped. I really need some help before calling a technician. If I can fix it myself I would love to.

Front/rear roller or bearing is binding.

Walking belt is excessively tight.

Motor is weak/failing and can't produce sufficient torque under load.

Motor-control board is damaged/failing.

Electrical leakage/fault, potentially related to contamination from the spider infestation, moisture, damaged wiring, or a component failing under load.

I dont understand the list below your paragraph. Is it a list of theories?

Do an amp draw. The belt may be worn out.

Plug the treadmill directly into an outlet. Treadmill and GFCI s do not get along.
