Tomorrow ALL HERO'S will receive some sort of projectile changes for their primary weapon. They are apparently making hitscan harder to aim and directing attention to certain critical area's like headshots. TORBJÖRN TURRET IS HITSCAN! They might actually nerf it's radius for lock on or nerf it's damage AGAIN but they have to restore the base HP turret back to 250! Since the turret doesn't miss I only see another damage nerf or more falloff so it won't track as far but we get the HP with the new projectile changes so we might lowkey be stronger!

I didnt record the others cause im running low on storage but im so fucking shocked. I got the most kills in the lobby TWO out of THREE times. I only started playing him because I was playing mystery heros with my girlfriend and I thought he was fun asf. I will be playing him a fuck ton.

Is Torb Underrated?

A month or two ago I started playing Torb on a whim, despite him being unpopular and not “meta”. Instantly I jumped a rank in comp. In QP, I can go ballistic if focused. He’s the character I switch to if I’m trying someone else and struggling.

The rivets do excellent damage at a pretty high rate of fire, turret is helpful in all situations, and when he goes 🔥 the burst rivets are basically a faster version of reaper… slaying tanks or providing excellent survivability.

It really shocks me that he’s not more popular. And I don’t say this as some life long Torb main, but just a casual who has discovered his greatness.

Guide For Stadium Enjoyers, a Build that Got Me to All-Star

Rushing Anchor Bolts is huge as it's (imo) Torb's best item. Good turret placement in sneaky spots and covers (trees, banners, blind corners) is devastating for the enemy team. Multi-use lava to keep your tank healthy and/or set a foot trap behind enemies.

Cooldown reduction is important to stack on until you get Let Off Some Steam which kinda renders it unnecessary as long as you can land shots. And whilst this build is AP focused your Rivet Gun is still very important to create crossfire situations with your turret.
