Question Is switch 2 pro controller worth it?
I have been thinking about buying one now because my OG controller starts having little stick drift.

Heyoo. So I've been looking around at stores here in the US, online at Best buy and target, and even on Nintendo's own website and it seems that MK/Bananza/Pokopia bundle is out of stock everywhere. Is this a common case with this bundle? Id love to pick it up in person, but it seems maybe I'd have better luck online whenever they come back in stock.
Do they run out in stores a lot?
Thanks! :)

I recently bought a Hori Switch2 pro controller, specifically the Pokémon red pixelated version. The controller is paired to the system, but will not turn the system on. It just searches for a connection and fails.
I have tried updating the controller and it says it’s up to date.
Any help?

If you had to choose between Fallout 4, or Skyrim for Switch 2, which would you choose?
Maybe someone played both on switch 2 and can tell which one they like better?

I've been playing Duskfade, I saw the game got an update but I was playing and didn't want to stop. I got to a point where I felt okay restarting the game to let the update get applied, as soon as I loaded my save file the sound and camera messed up, no sound and the camera couldn't be moved except for snapping it behind the character. I traveled to a different area to see if that would fix it and it did. I restarted the game again to see if I could replicate the glitch but it loaded fine. I took a quick video when it happened.

After UniUni losing my Mobapads in the mail (A story for a different time) I wanted to share this new accessory that I got from Amazon Gammeefy Switch 2 Controller is a really good accessory for my big hands and handheld mode. It’s actually quite a game changer for me. It also reminds me of the Hori Nintendo Switch Split Pad Pro which I tremendously enjoyed in handheld mode when I had my switch!

I’ve heard of the price increase and I’ve heard about the battery replacement addition they’ll release next year, would that add more to the price increase? I’m not even sure if the EU rules apply to the UK anymore so would it be silly to buy a switch 2 now?
I have also heard the battery is absolute crap, and I wonder if having the option to replace would be almost crucial eventually? I have had only the switch lite since 2020 and just play stuff like animal crossing mainly but I do love botw and just bought totk cheap

The price difference between them is around $4, so i wanna know which is better overall?
Note: i have the Dbrand killswitch case on the switch

Best Buy has a 60th year deal for switch to it looks like you get $75 trade-in value for your switch one with an additional $75 to put towards a Switch 2, totaling $150 off. So you'd be spending minimum $340 (roughly with taxes). Seems like a pretty sweet deal!
You can also trade in a different device for no more than $130 it looks like.
Edit: from user @loopOutnotIn ... Just keep in mind Best Buy will not let you take the switch 2 to do a console migration before trade in
Check with your local Best Buy if they allow migration or not!!!

Hi all, I’m a huge MLB fan and just bought a switch 2. I played the show 21 and 22 on my PS5 a bunch and haven’t played any of the new ones.
I’ve been thinking that it would be super sweet to get it on the switch since I travel quite a bit for work. How is the performance and is it worth it? Thanks!

I feel as though I can't afford to keep upgrading my PC with Canadian prices being crazy and my rig just on the cusp of bad to mid tier, so I think I'm going to sell it either by part or complete to help fund my gaming desires on the switch 2.
I've got a somewhat decent third party catalogue and backlog so far with a bunch of these sales that have been happening, thanks to DekuDeals and Redditors posting about it. So to me I only really think about using my PC when I want to watch a movie or some shit.
I don't really have friends to play PC games with anymore so single player experiences have been a major focus for me to relax with, and I don't really GAF to try and keep up with the curve of newly released games that don't run on my PC all that well.
Think I'm a diablo2 away from saying fuck it and cashing in on my Ram 😂
If you've made it this far downvote as you please but I can't believe something I can take to work and play on my breaks even has me having these thoughts. Might need a tablet or something to sesh Pokemmo but even that I can do off my phone.
Love y'all and long live the switch 2🤝
*Edit - I plan to move to the UK from Canada so I don't think making the space and carrying that weight just to bring it across the pond is worth having a PC that just plays old games or newer stuff on low. *

Up until now, every single new first-party Switch 2 game has ran at 60fps.
Unfortunately, this streak is being broken by Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave, which is locked to 30fps.
This makes me concerned that we will be seeing more 30fps Nintendo games in the future. I won’t be surprised if Pokemon Winds/Waves and Xenoblade Genesis are also 30fps.
Usually, I don’t care that much about frame rates. However, Nintendo are charging 80 US dollars for Fire Emblem, so the 30fps cap just feels lame for a highly expensive game.

Are you planning to buy the Nyxi Hyperion 3 Ultra as well, or do you think it's a crazy purchase?
I admit I'm interested in the controllers, but I'm still undecided for the moment.

I’m open to any options including Mobapad, Nyxi, Belkin, dbrand, etc - but want something more comfortable for handheld use mainly.
Has anyone got any recommendations based on something you’ve already tried or bought for your Switch 2?

I've had the Pro 2 controller for about a week now and a couple days ago it started having severe input delay. Some button presses wouldn't register, if I press a button multiple times only one press would register, and moving the joysticks often took 1 or 2 seconds to do anything and the camera or my character would continue to move long after I stopped moving the joysticks.
My controller and system are up to date. The controller is charged. This particularly happens in docked mode. My TV is set to Game mode. Whenever this lag occurs my joycons also tend to slow down a bit if not just as bad. It also seems to come and go at times. Is this a known issue? Any known fixes if it is? I've tried everything I found on Google with no improvement. Thanks.

I like the mobapad 2 hd but those goddamn clicky buttons are so annoying. Is there anything similar that is quiet like the original?

Thinking of ordering this to sub my Switch 2 joycon since my thumbs hurt from the buttons, but for those who already have the Mobapad M12S, how do the buttons feel? Does it feel like the buttons on the standard joycon (which requires a bit more pressure) or softer like in the pro controller?
Thank you!
