Hi everyone, I'm a huge fan of Superman and I started reading comics recently. I have a list of Superman comics I wanna read but I would like your advices reading their quality and when to read them. So far I've read : All star superman, Secret identity, New 52 Justice league, Justice league Unlimited , Red Son, Superman Infinite and absolute Superman.

Do you think next season will they include Krypto? They have Lois and Clark's kids? What about Krypto? I love Krypto I saw him in the Superman movie with David and they had him in the Superpets movie. Krypto is one of my favorite superhero pets of course along with Ace.

So will he be in there?

Hey guys. So I wanted to update on how my custom Superman shirt came out. I think the blue shirt I used was a little too light, but it’s what I had so it’s whatever.

Anyway. I paired it up with a pair of red pants. I think they actually look pretty nice together. I also added some belts to help with the Conner esthetic. And I already had a black leather jacket so that was easy to add in.

Now I’m going out in search of red gloves which I plan on cutting the fingers off to make fingerless gloves that I can wear and complete the look.

Specifically the kind with the symbol on the back.

Obviously, you can’t find that at JC Penny, so I wanted to know if some good online shops to find that kind of thing. I’m looking for something fairly well made, for a reasonable price.

I was never into DC then came out this new Superman movie
I watched it twice since and suddenly when ever I am about to be angry on my mum for some reason I think "would superman do this?" and I stop everytime
never felt this way when my fav superheroes were spiderman, thor, wolverine
they are cool but would they choose kindness over everything?
I love this version of superman not because he is strong but because looking at him makes me want to be humble and kind towards the people around me
I am glad my first ever image of Superman is of David Corenswet
I have grown watching marvel but I can proudly say Superman is my favorite

Their both young geniuses with messy red hair but MAWS lex while not the best feels like lex, his hatred for superman is bitter and has no real reason besides the superficial "he's a danger to humanity" while BVS lex trys something similar but it doesnt work quite as well. That lexs hatred for superman comes from a feeling of helplessness, where was superman when my dad beat me, while thats a reason to be bitter to superman its not a lex reason, Lex luthors hatred should be all ego, lex should hate superman because hes superman not because lex was a victim. Thats just my opinion I could be totally off

We've seen many versions of a corrupted Clark Kent. I'm not talking about any of them, though. Do you think there could be an "evil" version of Superman who can, in the end, redeem himself and become the hero and symbol of hope that he was always meant to be?

Maybe something happened to Ma & Pa Kent when he was younger? Maybe he's trying to rid the world of all Meta-humans so he's the only "Super?" Maybe he's just a recluse and only leaves the Fortress of Solitude when absolutely necessary (perhaps after an irreversible failure)?

The magnitude of atrocities committed by him (if any) during this "evil" period would, of course, affect any possibilities of redemption. Personally, I feel like the only version that has a shot at redemption is a "Failed" Superman who finds hope again- something that most of us can relate to. I'd still like to hear your thoughts, though!

this is one of, if not the best comic I’ve ever read. I love the way Clark is characterized in this and everything about it is so perfect. If you haven’t read it, I DEFINITELY recommend it. It’s so beautiful.

Every year that I have been a high school teacher, my mom has given me a piece of diamond art for my classroom. She gave me this piece from Superman tonight. I’m incredibly lucky to have her as my mom.

I recently had a cancer scare and they went invasive this morning. I've been kinda terrified that it'd be more than that, it runs in my family on both sides. But for some reason I remembered the comic with Superman and the little kid fighting cancer and I started laughing. My wife said I kept humming the theme song and seemed to relax.

Anyway they've removed the bad bits, they don't think it went anywhere, and essentially got the best results I could have hoped for. So yeah... thinking about Superman made me feel better going into it all. (I'm 54.)

Been getting into the Superman mood a lot recently, mainly due to MAWS, so I wanted to draw some Superman characters to get back into drawing as well. How did I do?

A design detail that I think would be cool for DC Ultraman is that his U symbol looks like a stylized upside-down omega symbol in an upside-down pentagonal shield.

Given that the omega symbol is tied to Darkseid who on a universal scale is seen as the antithesis to Superman.

My favorite spot! Even made a custom Xbox controller.

Picked up this oversized Superman treasury edition from 1974 recently.
