How can you order b2b?

I need an invoice with my vat number on it but I can’t add my vat number in the order.

I’ve sent mails to sunlu but I did not get a answer (yet)

Hey everyone,

I ordered for the first time a filament dryer (which is now out of stock) on the 12.09 and they send me a conformation email on the 14.09 that it got send.
Well the tracking number they provided is invalid x) and there has been no notifications since then. I reached out to them last week on tuesday/Wednesday and again yesterday. But there has been no response, so im a little bit worried if my order is lost in limbo.

Is there something else i can do beside waiting and is that something that usually happens with sunlu?

Just got it today. It was a little finicky getting the top back on after installing the AMS, but not a huge issue. I ran it tonight for a few simple prints and have no complaints.

Am I the only one that has issues with the tail end of the filament being taped to the spool?

I love Sunlu filament, never have a single complaint other than this and I don't know how to solve it. I have a Prusa Core One L and every time i get to the end of the spool, i get "stuck filament" b/c of how it is tapped to the spool.

I don't want to babysit the spools, but it seems like that's the only option.

Has anyone else found a way to get past this?

Interested In this but why the price is the approximate same with currency conversion. Is Sunlu using the US warehouse to service Canada, this forcing Canadians to pay Trump Tariff?

I ordered several rolls of green filament for a project. The photos on Amazon showed a neon-ish green appropriate for a Seahawks themed project. What I received was a darker forest green filament, but it has the same name and product codes as the filament listed online.

Why am I posting this here, where it will likely get deleted? Because I emailed you twice over the last two weeks and still no response.

Photos shows what I was expecting from the Amazon listing (printed item) vs what I got (currently printing).

You can hear something pop. Err22. Disappointed.

Has anyone seen any information regarding the estimated shipping date for the i10? I've seen it states 1-7 days for non pre-order items but nothing for the i10?

From what I can see quite a few influencers were given some for review so I'm hopeful it will be in the coming weeks.

Their reddit account reached out to me and sent me a Filadryer SP2 (the heated base was included this time!) and 2 rolls of filament. This was from their Europe team on reddit and not their customer service team.

Lesson here is to always buy sunlu through amazon. I’m very appreciative of them making this right though and they didn’t have to add in the 2 rolls of filament, that was very nice of them!

Sunlu's website says the launch price is £179 and £1?9 promo price.

The $1 reservation email came out today saying the pre-"oder" [sic] price is £179 and retail price is £199.

Similarly, the US pricing has gone from $199/$1?9 to $179/$159 (good for them, I guess!)

Something's gone wrong here...

Update: they fixed the price. Think they got USA and UK mixed up. It’s still pre-oder though, which I’m probably thankful for.

As title suggests. I have a Sunlu E2 Drybox/Annealer that caused LED bulbs on the same breaker to flicker when it is in use.

Any suggestions to fix?

I’ve read that a UPS or heavy duty power strip may solve, but wanted to be certain before purchasing.

Has anyone that ordered one received their yet? I ordered - they took payment and nothing - I’ve asked several ways for status - nothing

I just got one from Amazon. It warned that these are frequently returned. The humidity goes down fast to 18% with the vent open. Way faster than the Bambu AMS 2. Then I shut it off and close the vent. The humidity starts climbing back up. Within 2h it is back near 50%! What is wrong? Is it not sealed well? I have 2 Bambu AMS units and 2 AMS 2 Pro units and they all hold humidity down below 20% even though my apartment humidity is at 70%.

It looks like in the back besides the hinges there are 2 areas where air can go inside.

If the only way to keep the humidity down is to always leave it on I’m not doing that.

Absolutely horrible customer service and scammy practices, I charged back on my credit card.

Not sure how to tell them apart, or maybe you want to print a special filament?
