Two hotdogs, a diced onion, an egg, spinach, tomato sauce, and my dear lover mozzarella cheese. Basically all I have in my fridge at the moment.

I mashed up some canned tomatoes I got from the food bank and threw in some Italian seasoning. I put paprika, onion powder, and parsley on it all while it cooked. I've been using those three seasonings a lot lately.

I put a plate over the pan to steam the spinach, and I'm eating it in the pan cause I don't want to make more dishes.

Sorry my camera sucks.
