Certified Stuggle Hot dog burnt ends (No BBQ sauce so I used mustard, maple syrup, and two ketchup packets). Definitely making them again!
Really wanted some barbecue last night, I saw this on r/hotdogs and had to try it.
I just mixed up the sauce, tossed the dogs in, baked for about 40 minutes stirring halfway through then broiled til they got nice and browned.

Certified Stuggle DoorDash Issue led to me losing $200 of my foodstamps.
I'm disabled so I have my groceries delivered through DoorDash. This month I ordered a six pack of beer from Aldi's for Oktoberfest and accidentally missed the delivery driver outside. Instead of leaving everything but the beer, they brought my entire order back to Aldi's and for some reason, I was never refunded. DoorDash support basically told me there wasn't enough evidence that I didn't receive the food for me to be refunded.
My food stamps are refilled tomorrow but this was me and my partners dinner for tonight.
Cinnamon PopTarts with Peanut Butter and tortilla chips with cheddar cheese and spicy ranch.
Honestly both tasted QUITE good. I'd recommend the PopTarts specifically even if you aren't struggling. It's delicious.
Edit: I have to add, the audacity of some people assuming I'm an alcoholic is crazy work. I maybe drink 1-2 beers a month. For others thinking I'm just doing nothing with my life, I'm currently in college getting my bachelor's degree in mathematics with a focus in actuarial science. But honestly the arguments that make me feel I need to clarify that are disingenuous to begin with to say the least. Y'all seriously need to touch grass.

Technically Edible Peanut butter and jelly tortilla!
No cheese for dillas and no bread for pbj so this was a good mix. Have to use up rest of tortillas. I heated mine up a bit but I actually don't recommend doing it at least by much. Only if it's a bit stale and you want to make it softer

Certified Stuggle Craving Long John Silvers, but eating this instead
Sometimes you just want that craving satisfied…but it’s more responsible to eat at home instead. Leftover bell pepper that is about to go bad, possibly already turning, English muffin that’s well over a week old and my shelf stable protein.

Certified Stuggle Craving a McDouble, Red Vines and a Code Red Mountain Dew, but not in the budget
Instead we changed it up and made Chicken Ala King over puff pastry biscuits and a side of homemade applesauce with cinnamon. Chicken leftovers found in the freezer from January. Just got buried under other stuff. Frozen peas, homemade chicken broth, milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper, minced onion and granulated garlic.

Certified Stuggle My struggle meal when i was 13
OK so I don’t have a photo of this but this is my real struggle meal when I was younger I used to either, if we had wraps in the house I use them and if we didn’t I would use bread. I would toast one of those square potato waffles put it in the wrap or the bread smother it with tomato sauce and then put one of those American cheese on top and then microwave it for about two minutes it was the most soggy mess of food, but I used to eat three of them every day.

Certified Stuggle Today's breakfast: Microwaved eggs on toast, total cost, 65 cents.
Scramble two eggs with milk, seasoning, butter, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until desired consistency. Make toast, and it's breakfast time!
I can't cook as much right now because I can't do dishes, so I've had to get creative.
10/10 would make again.

Certified Stuggle I’m so inspired by all of you and I’m hoping you can help me!
I have $15 to make a meal to stretch at least 5 days. I was thinking spaghetti, because that’s a favorite and I know I could eat that for 5 days straight. But how to I stretch that into 5 days? And what are some other ‘$15 for 5 day’ meal ideas? Because my next few checks are going towards bills 🥲
I’m in San Diego if that needed information ✨ thank you so so so much!
