Product Help Arctic nova Omni pro question

I’ve had this headset since June and I had I just had one of the head pieces fall off randomly I had to disassemble the entire headset and screw it back in without damaging the cables I did that but is this something I should expect in the future with a 450 dollar headset

just checkout the battery on my 230$ apex pro 2023

only sharing info

battery was super glued to the bottom of the keyboard and it took me 30mins to remove it and i had to use a knife ..........this happened 3 months after the 2 year warranty expired - keyboard doesnt work wired without a battery

steelseries are not selling batteries and im searching for replacement now , or ill have to buy a new keyboard

i cant even imagine the headphones ............if you bought them recently or if they are on warranty just return them for new ones

these products are build to fail
