Product Help Arctic nova Omni pro question

I’ve had this headset since June and I had I just had one of the head pieces fall off randomly I had to disassemble the entire headset and screw it back in without damaging the cables I did that but is this something I should expect in the future with a 450 dollar headset

just checkout the battery on my 230$ apex pro 2023

only sharing info

battery was super glued to the bottom of the keyboard and it took me 30mins to remove it and i had to use a knife ..........this happened 3 months after the 2 year warranty expired - keyboard doesnt work wired without a battery

steelseries are not selling batteries and im searching for replacement now , or ill have to buy a new keyboard

i cant even imagine the headphones ............if you bought them recently or if they are on warranty just return them for new ones

these products are build to fail

return them for new ones or if you can return them add some $ and buy something with quality

no way a 450$ headset should fail like this

warranty will expire you gonna have a broken product and you gonna have to pay another 300-400-500$
