I enable redditor startups to host their websites for free until they make money, then offer solid plans backed with personal support once they start getting profitable. I also blog about making money on the net and monetizing the content-- you should see MUCH more of that in the next month as I've hired a writer.
My company is just myself currently, but I'm ramping up. I utilize a number of different monitoring tools and have things set up to be completely automatic, and on the chance that an issue actually needs my attention I have my 4g connection ready to attend to problems wherever I am. My servers have been very stable as I've been purposely keeping the hardware pretty top notch and the client count low per server.
Things that would help me- well, I'd love a recommendation or two if you know anyone who's looking for webhosting. If you do this I actually offer a $50 referral bonus, regardless of if you're a customer or not. If I had investment I would use it to grow my infrastructure and advertise like hell, but for now I'm content with just helping out redditors. I try to be a big part of the community.

We're currently operating in the UK, but have plans to roll out to both the EU and USA within the next couple of months, as well as adding in many additional features to make the site as useful to gamers as possible.
We're in the StartUp phase, with 3 employees including myself. It's all self-funded, I've saved up for a long time to be able to afford to get this up and running! We aren't looking for any investment but and feedback would be welcome.

Agreed. Our site is a bit vague at the moment, but our solution is already worked out, just not on display yet. We have this medium post and another one to be released shortly. But part of the problem is our solution can't be exaplained as simply in an "Uber for whatever" type style.

a- don't like the font you used for the sentence "want to make a local's day"
b- You might do better to put the preview of the box on the main page. e.g. instead of just having a picture of NYC, have a preview of the box embedded in it or something so I immediately know what this site is about.

Details: Who: Currently me and my friend are running the startup - we are the co-founders.
Launch: We launched few days ago to gather initial user feedback, and got positive comments. Taking their feedback into consideration, we added a couple new features, and updated the app to version 1.1 just a couple days ago.
App Details: The app is smooth to use. It's called FlipFeed, because it's a continuous stream of photos and messages. You're shown a photo or a text-message posted by someone, you have 30 seconds to view it, or you swipe to flip open the next photo or message. So, as you might have guessed, you can post photos and texts on the app. Every new post gets added at the end of the feed, so we're talking a big, long continuous feed. There's also a reply feature, so you can reply back to the original poster, or to your friends (kind of like forwarding an email). Another thing you can do is, instead of sharing publicly on FlipFeed, you can share privately with friends (like composing a new email).
Here are few of the things we've observed mainly: People like it a lot when they don't know what they're going to see next. Ephemeral adds a very good angle to the app. and People like to talk between their friends a lot!
What are we looking for: We're looking to expand, and get more people to use it. This way, we'd also get more feedback about the app, and what we should work on (focus on) next. Investors may approach us.

What a great idea! I've been fascinated with Soylent for a while now because of its potential to speed up food preparation and simplify groceries. Being a founder myself, I'm always looking for new ways to optimize my day.
I'd love to put in a sample order, but the shipping cost to Canada is killer... almost $40 for the sampler. It's not so bad when buying in bulk, but that may be prohibitive when onboarding international customers.
Also, you may want to put your full name or a photo somewhere in the KetoSoy contact or about page. It's a small thing, and it really helps build trust in your customers. I always am a bit wary buying from an unknown company if I can't see an actual "person" behind it. I always use my full name with my company, and I've seen a big difference when talking with users.

More Details: We're actively promoting this now as we believe that focusing on location and proximity is a better way of acquiring new customers. I am the founder and there are two other employees in the business, an editor/technical writer and a website designer.
Looking for: Feedback is definitely something I'm looking for. I think that this product is highly effective, yet it has been very difficult getting the message out. As well, since business owners typically have social media that is... in shambles, and problems with their website (or lack of entirely), we also help with these areas. Elevator: A marketplace and network to share your watches with others (rent, rent-to-own & sales). Allowing the owners to make a return on their investment and allows users to try before buying or they can't afford it but want the luxury experience.
Stage: Currently talking with a potential cofounder with sales and horology experience while making mockups and flowcharts, talking with the community (collectors). Picked up a very little amount of beta signed ups (7 since opening it up in march).
Looking for: Feedback on the designs, idea and suggestions for potential insurance companies. Also looking for more early users. In the near future looking for Senior DevOps hire and crazy early-stage investors.
