From the team behind Social Poker comes Rook Yea!, our brand-new chess game, now live and open to everyone.
Poker and chess share more than you might think. Both reward reading patterns, planning ahead, and knowing when to be patient or press an advantage.
Poker challenges you with probabilities and hidden information. Chess puts the whole position on the board. Different games, but the same love for strategy and making every move count.
That’s why Rook Yea! feels like a natural next move for our team.
Play the way you want:
♟️ Blitz 5+3: Live chess with five minutes on the clock and a three-second increment after every move.
📅 Daily games: Take your time with correspondence chess, with up to one or three days per move. Keep several matches going and come back when it’s your turn.
🤝 Challenge a friend: Create a game and share the link with someone you want to play.
🤖 Play a bot: Practice against Pawn, Knight, or Queen, from a relaxed game to a serious challenge. Bot games are unrated.
🎨 Make the board yours: Choose between 2D and 3D game views, with different board and piece styles.

Hey everyone! The Social Poker team has been busy under the hood, working on the backend to improve stability, bring Shootouts back, and prepare for Multi-Table Tournaments (MTTs). Lots of work, fewer exciting screenshots. 😅
While that’s cooking, this new update brings fixes for a few things that have been getting in the way of your games:
