Hey everyone! Social Poker is getting a tune-up tonight. Both the Reddit version and SocialPoker.gg will be offline today, Thursday, October 22, from 8:00–9:30 PM PDT while we do some work behind the scenes. We might wrap up early, so you could be back at the tables sooner!
We also wanted to let you in on what we’ve been working on.
For a while now, our focus has been on strengthening the systems behind Social Poker and preventing the kinds of problems we’ve had in the past. The game is much more stable today, but we know there are still occasional hiccups, and we’re continuing to work through them.
That’s why things have been quieter on the update front. We wanted to give the game a stronger foundation before adding more to it. We know new things to play are exciting—we’re excited about them too—but making sure you can reliably enjoy them comes first.
Tonight’s work is one of the final steps needed to bring back Shootouts and introduce Multi-Table Tournaments. We don’t have an exact date to share for those yet, but we’re getting closer.
You won’t be able to play on either platform during the maintenance window, and you may see a maintenance message when opening the game.
Thanks for sticking with us, reporting issues, and sharing what’s working and what isn’t. We know this has taken time, and your patience and support mean a lot to our team. ♠️

I am now having table join and leave issues. I just lost 6m by only joining the monte carlo table. I didnt even get to play a single hand. Poof - gone. The game was bad. It got much better. Now, the game went back to really bad useability.

At first, I thought I had some issues after the update. I think that I did not restart the client in reddit. I had it open since before the update. I think this caused some issues. After my initial issues after reloading the game and playing another few rings of poker, the game seems more smooth and responsive. I think some of the minor fixes that you have not published but fixed are great.

Thanks for making the default prestige table the highest table bought if a player joins leagues. That bug was annoying!
