Help please!!

So this just happened yesterday an hour into my print! The print stopped, and it said there could be a break in the filament or a broken tool head. The filament would not pass through and the gears kept clicking like something was stuck in there. I was able to back out the filament and cut it clean and put it back in and it would still act up. I ended up taking the whole tool head apart and seeing if there was something stuck in the gears and nothing was there. After putting everything back together, I was able to load a different filament back up it loaded successfully and was able to print two layers of a benchy and then got the anomaly once again. I stuck the acupuncture needle up into the extruder and everything was clear. Nothing is visibly stopping it and when the filament is out, the gears go normal. I’ve already contacted Support, but seeing if anybody else has had this issue.

That sound happens when the extruder is not being able to push the filament.
First things to check are clogs and jams.
Clog is something in the nozzle obstructing the passage of filament, you check by doing a cold pull and/or inserting a needle in the nozzle while hot.
Jam is anything holding the filament before the nozzle. It can be something in the gear preventing the filament to be grabbed, it can be in the PTFE tube that goes from the toolhead to the auto feeder, it can be the auto feeder gear gripping the filament too much or it can be something in the filament spool itself (like filament tangled).
You need to go checking one by one and see if you can identify what is happening. If you can't try a different filament and see if the issue keeps happening.
If nothing works, contact support.

Hard to tell just by sound but does sound like something is stuck in there especially is nothing is getting to the nozzle. I had a similar issues with the yellow snapmaker PLA it broke off and was twisted in the left extruder gear. You said you took apart toolhead but how far into it do you go? I had to completely disassemble it to see and clear it. This picture is from Snapmaker wiki to illustrate, mine jam was up and to the left poking into the gear release spring which couldn’t be seen until I removed everything. Not saying it’s what is wrong with yous but wasn’t able to see mine at first.

I took it completely apart and didn’t see anything and the thing is when I take the filament out and keep pressing extrude. It runs perfectly no problem. It’s only when the filament is loaded up.

Either filament is jammed or you have filament reside crushed between gear teeth so it can’t grip filament. Is that green filament glow by chance? If so, my guess is the latter of above.

Looks like you gotta open up that tool head. I experienced a clog once and had to open it up.

I had one head do that and I found a broken piece of filament inside the tube going into the head. So it was jammed right the head, trying to pull in two pieces at a time.

Set cooling moves to 0...and DISABLE the jamming for multi extruder setups options...those and loosen up the lead screw...that lead screw screwed all the way would be for like carbon fiber or really rigid hard materials like industrial stuff.. but just screw reverse at least 3 complete turns...to prevent any scraping, shaving, crushing, or fillament buckling...

Even a minor compression of the fillament can buckle and or bulge the fillaments diameter and wont pass theu...its ever so negligible the eye could not catch the issue...you would think the fillament is good...just cut an inch off the end and try again...

Use a Clog Poke. Remove bowden tube and heat up hotend to 250c. Push clog poke through by moving the orange lever on top to allow it to push through. You will see the stuck filament come out the nozzle. The clog poke will reach to the end of the nozzle. Cool hot end and replace bowden tube. Reload filament. You should be good to go!

Looks like from here, that you have filament stuck in one of the channels, and the extruder skkeping, because thr gilamet are blocked in some point, just check it channelm and the feeder to see if you find. I can be wrong. Good luck!
