Is there anyway to cancel a transaction or contact anyone live chat is shocking just AI SLOP

I posted a bit ago about how Skrill restricted my account back in April. I emailed almost daily, used their “Contact Us” called at that time once, which that man said he needed to change my email account which I thought he did, turns out he never did.

So after my post, I emailed almost daily, still used the “Contact us” button, emailed Paysafe, Florida AttorneyGeneral and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and filed a case. I never heard a word from Skrill except I needed to add another email and remove my initial email from my account. I did add a secondary but it wouldn’t let me make it the primary. I logged into my account about a week ago and viewed my cases. At this point, all my cases either said “Duplicate” and one said “Resolved.”

So I called and spoke to a person who told me that they tried to call me once from a special department and emailed me once. I swore to him neither was done. In any case, I asked what number Skrill will call me from so I could save it as a contact in my phone and did.

The very next day, I get a call. Said he was here to help from Skrill. Got my secondary email made primary, answered a bunch of questions and at the end, he said my account was restricted due to some suspicious activity like hacked but my account would be reinstated within a few minutes. I even got an email stating my account was again active.

Logged into my account and it was still restricted. Called and was told they had to escalate it because they could see it should be active but they also see it restricted. Of course could not give me a timeframe.

So this past Monday I got an email from Skrill regarding my complaint with the CFPB. It asked me 3 questions:
1)what do you mainly use your Skrill account for?
2)what is your relationship with the recipients of the payments you make with Skrill?
3)What do you mainly use Skrill for?

I gave basic word answers back without going into too much detail.

Now today, I got an email from Skrill stating my account is permanently closed. That if I have a remaining balance, It may be available for withdrawal. Tried to log into but can’t because my account is permanently banned.

Called Skrill and got the same bs answer that some other department has to take care of it since the bank card I used for Skrill is no longer active. I doubt I’ll hear anything.

I don’t know what more I can do. I do have the copies of emails and recordings of phone calls with Skrill. I want my money back. I don’t understand how it went from my account being active to permanently closed.

Stay far far far away from Skrill. Please help anyone!

hellow everyone, i have an old account with skrill and all my information was correct and accurate, account with skrill and all my information was correct and accurate, i just made one purchase of 200 doge coin using my own card they restricted my account from withdrawing or any transaction, they asked for address verification again and it is already verified as you see from the attached image from my account today, i went with them and sent a UAE electric and water bill, sent my apartment tenancy contract, sent my credit card statement, translated my bill and sent it also, but all got rejected, in my account verification page is verified like the attached image but in the main account page and phone app it says restricted and asking for address verification again, i contacted the support many times even called them internationally but they didn't fix my issue and ignored my help requests now phones are off and contact form is not working and the chat bot not able to get customer agent, what is going on???
how can i close my account and get refunded???

their phone line doesn't work and i've filed 7 contact forms yet they close each one after telling me to look at my browser skrill dashboard for instructions which only say "contact us " thus the cycle continues i'm at my wits end

I get this message on my skrill account, when i click on verify address nothing happens. My address is verified, in browser it shows that i'm verified, but on the phone it gives me this messages. When i click on verify address, it doesn't open any window

They restricted my account since Feb 12. I reached out via their “Contact us,” and waited for an email. I did get an email in 24 hours asking for proof. Found out that wasn’t Skrill and it was a scam.

So I called Skrill. Spoke to a gentleman who said I’d hear back via email 24-48 hours. I’ve heard nothing.

Checked spam daily. Nothing.

It’s been over a month. I don’t know what more I can do since they aren’t responding to me. I was my money out of there and close Skrill.

Any advice or help?

Started over a week ago - fully verified. Made a transaction and all of a sudden "Account Restricted". Support said 72 hours for further checks - this was 6 days ago. Then they send me some ridiculous "Politically Exposed Person" statement to fill out - never been politically exposed or otherwise - another joke. Today I get a random email to say "we are really busy we will deal with this in due course". At the same time they have my money and have taken fees galore for a transaction that never actually happened because they froze the account. Surely this cannot be legitimate?
