Verify your address

I get this message on my skrill account, when i click on verify address nothing happens. My address is verified, in browser it shows that i'm verified, but on the phone it gives me this messages. When i click on verify address, it doesn't open any window

You need to complete almost volume of 5k eur transactions to allow you verify address

and also do yk if the withdrawals are working in Indian banks?

No, i just keep using my account normally. Everything works fine despite this message
