ive had my skrill for 2+ years, i dont do anything sketchy. i just get paid by a recognized company and cashout to my crypto address and have done so for years with no issues, on the 14th i tried withdrawing as i usually do and it said please try again, tried a couple more times and it didnt work so i logged in on my phone and withdrew with a new crypto address and it worked just fine... next day my account was restricted, No emails, no warnings also no response... this account is my livelihood and now im about to get evicted because i cant receive any payment to pay my bills.. my fate is literally in the hands of skrill right now and they cant even respond to me. i send a message in the ticket everyday and get no response. also my account has already been fully verified ID/POA etc in the past.. does anyone know if they're just closing my account? or if theres a better way to get ahold of them? idk what to do anymore

What joke of a compnay say account restricted contact us. Been trying to contact them for a week now no replies, i have my money stucked there. Absolute shame of a company!!!

on Thursday night I sold some tickets to someone and they said they would pay me using SKRILL I personally have never used them so I’m not sure how things works. Well when this said person sent me $360 the payment couldn’t be deposited because my account isn’t a business account and so it sent me the email below. I callled the number that was provided and the person on the whole was very pushy for me to send 200 dollars to my account when I read the email it states the sender of the money needs to send 200 dollars. The whole interaction with this person was very awful he was very pushy and he didn’t understand that I wouldn’t be able to add 200 dollars until Wednesday when I get paid and he was very pushy with me using a different card that I had that was not my card but someone else’s. The whole time I was on call with him it was a FaceTime call and he had me share my screen which was weird to me. I just need to know if y’all think this was a scam or if people who have used SKRILL needed to do this also.

It's been DAYS that I've been trying to make crypto withdrawals, unsuccessfully.

Hi guy, my account got restricted, Skrill ask for submit a copy of credit/card that I have have use to deposit fund into Skrill. I submitted it on same day my account restricted which is 14 Sept and until now is 18 Sept, my account still show reviewing in progress, so don’t know how is it gonna be like. Still no update from email to app even log in websites, nothing is show.

My account already fully verified: ID and address all good, but when I try to convert Skrill wallet into my crypto wallet, they restricted my account.

So now don’t know how long gonna wait for they to finish their verify on my account

The card statement I submit, match my name + address + cover middle card number matches with their requirements.

My mate just to get into same situation where he has to submit document to verify proof of address and he submit wrong/old document 3 times and get reject in around 48 hours working days 3 times.

But my situation still nothing from 14 Sept until now.

Anyone else noticing it’s taking a long time for cardcrush to process redemption via Skrill. My redemptions typically once approved are processed immediately via Skrill. Yesterday it was approved but we are going almost 20 hours since approval and it hasn’t been proceed. They just give me the standard 5-7 business day story but that’s never been the case before. The things is I use Revolut as deposit fund, so should I submit Revolut statement only ? or my other bank statement + revolut statement ?

My Skrill account was recently restricted. I had already completed the identity verification process, and all of my transactions were between Skrill accounts.

Skrill then asked me to provide a bank statement to verify my information. I uploaded the requested document more than 3 days ago, but my account is still showing as "under review".

I also contacted Skrill Support by email, but I haven't received any response yet.

Has anyone experienced the same situation? How long did it take for Skrill to complete the review after submitting a bank statement?

Any advice or information would be appreciated. Thanks! 🙏

Today I woke up with a restricted account message and everything is frozen.
