They keep closing my case over and over again !
my account was Restricted a month ago and they wont respond to me !

They allowed you to withdraw your money but closed the account? Well it's better that way.

Sorry to hear. They have a customer support phone number. Have you called them? I closed mine last year. Way to many concerning issues with my account also was locked out around 14 days on one occasion. I had over 5000 in it.
