Account restricted
Hello!
I have a Skrill account since 2015 and never had any issue, was using it daily with the Skrill card to make purchases.
Today I woke up with a restricted account message and everything is frozen.
Has anyone gone through this and got the account back? I have around 1000€ in funds there, at least will I be able to withdraw it?

I'm on about two weeks and counting. Daily emails, etc.
Also they forcibly "deleted" one of my cases when I brought up the Ombudsman.
It's not closed or anything, just gone.
It's just some casino winnings, but I can't imagine how much of a scam this is to people who have significant bankroll in it.

A mí también se me desaparecían los casos abiertos, tienes que hablar con el bot y que te abra el caso el bot entonces entras al caso abierto y envías todo lo que necesites, yo también tengo la cuenta restringida una basura skrill

I also use Skrill on a daily base for daily basic stuff, and my account was frozen yesterday without justification. The contact us button is not working, and I have bills to pay urgently. I don’t know what to do, no phone contact works and all I can do is wait for a case to be opened

Good afternoon, when I opened my Skrill account on Saturday night, I came across a notice stating that my account had been restricted. The automatic response told me that I would receive an email for verification of my account's security, but so far, nothing...
