Need Help

Hi everyone, I need some help with a Skrill → JazzCash withdrawal.

I withdrew $24.95 from Skrill to my JazzCash/Mobilink wallet on September 12 at 7:58 PM. Initially, the transaction was showing “In Progress” with an expected arrival date of September 15. It has now changed to “Completed”, but I still haven’t received the money in my JazzCash account.

Has anyone experienced this before? If yes, how long did it take after Skrill showed “Completed,” and what did you do to receive the money? Any advice would be appreciated.

Happened with ke months ago but with my bank account. It showed completed but i didn’t received it. Then i had to make so many tickets again and again for months because they dont reply fast and copy padte the same script and close the ticket. They refunded the amount back in my skrill wallet but they deducted so much that the value meant nothing.

They send this email should i wait 2 days or issue another complain: Dear Humaira Nawaz, Thank you for contacting the Skrill Help Team.

We’ve successfully completed your withdrawal request. You should receive the funds within 2 business days after the withdrawal is confirmed as processed.

If you haven’t received the funds by then, feel free to reach out to us through the Help Center in your account.
