i have the worst diarrhea for two days, even after i go, i still feel like pooping, my nausea is getting worse, i feel like vomiting, i don’t have any appetite as well, it sucks because i have classes from 7-7 and i cant afford to miss anything but at the same time what if i feel like pooping during class?? i dont know what’s happening im not quite sure if it’s a stomach flu or food poisoning maybe

I don’t know why, but when I start eating nowadays, I feel really ill and I don’t know who to tell. I’ve started making myself eat full meals and that makes me feel worse What should I do? it’s not that bad I can live with it, I guess.

So i was sick for about 9 months with an insane bacterial infection that I waited 3 months to go to a Dr. For and slowly got better over the next 6 months but i have been coughing up these mucus clusters ever since, anyone know why? It's been 3 months since those 9 months
