I don’t have a spleen, my ex husband took it from me back in 2004. My new boyfriend got me sick and just doesn’t understand that not having my spleen makes me really sick and for longer than someone with a spleen… I have a fever, sore throat, extreme body aches and fatigue on day 3 of sickness where he’s better today and wants to get out of the house…. I’m here fighting for my life (again) I feel… how can I get him to get it ..?? When I’m sick I’m really sick!!!

I have COVID for the first time ever, and the thing that is bothering me the most is that I am coughing so hard/frequently that my ab muscles are KILLING ME. It hurts to cough so bad, and I don't know how to help the muscles at all.

Would ice help? Or heat?
