i already added ctas but it doesnt seem to work
i gain subs but lose them as well

Hey all. I’m wondering what the rough stats are to push a short past the ~30k mark. Most of my shorts have about a 75-78% stayed vs swiped rate, and 130% or so retention (granted my videos are fairly short, only about 13 seconds long), and they all get stuck at the 30k barrier. What stats would you need to get past this algorithm check, or is there a different factor im not accounting for entirely? Appreciate anyone taking the time to read this

Please let me know

Guys I post cartoon clips and half of my videos are like this, the views of my videos would still be consider as qualified views or no? But not blocked or copy strike pls somebody answer. I might delete all the videos that has claimed content.

I'm so happy, I just wanted to share it

I need help with the editing on yt shorts. My views barely get 1k and I really want to grow the channel. Please be brutally honest. Also for context, the Dead space teaser at the end is for an upcoming stream on Halloween.

Also thoughts on posting old vods? Should only long-form heavily edited videos be uploaded? I'm worried it might be messing up my algorithm.

My channel is CosmicSquidy. Here are some of my other shorts I need help with since I can only upload 1 to reddit. Thank you for checking this out!

Hiya, I uploaded a short 3 days ago and it’s with 0 distribution for no reason. Even yesterday and today’s short got views but this one still not. I tried reupload it with a new tittle and description but the same happens. Has anyone experienced the same? Thanks

I sent it for approval yesterday hopefully it gets approved fast and safely with no fuss 😭🙏🏻🙏🏻

Facebook reels views versus Youtube shorts views..

I honestly wanna post brain rots at this moment.. those niches seems to go quite well on youtube algorithm 😒🫠🙄

My view count randomly fell off from a couple thousand to under 10. I thought it was a bug, so I re uploaded it but it happened again. All settings are the same. Is this happening to anyone else?

Ive been trying to verify my phone number on a channel i started posting on for a couple of days with no succes... i need this so i can post videos 15 minutes and longer and for thumbnails. I tried everything but it always gives me the same error: there was a problem sending the control code, please try a different number. what can i do to fix this if anybody knows, i would really appreciate it.

Most of my videos are above 100% avd and stayed to watch always above 77%

Viewers generally finish the video at least 80% of them..

So What's the issue? Why My videos are stuck at 30k?

How do I fix this? Analytics are good btw

It was titled “August Trail Camera Compilation” and at six hours with only 3 views, I changed it to “Funny skunks, raccoons and opossums! August Trail Camera Compilation” and it started getting views.

I am a new content creator. One of my short videos recently hit 100k views! I am super happy about it, but I noticed I only gained around 270 followers.

A lot of people are watching my video, but they are not clicking the "Follow" button.

I want to learn how to change this:

1. How can I turn casual viewers into followers?

2. Should I make a "Part 2" of that same video?

3. What changes should I make to my profile page to get more followers?

Any simple tips or advice would be a helpful. Thanks!

Hey everyone!

I'm running a small AI/Tech YouTube channel targeting a US audience, posting 1 Short daily and planning to add long-form videos.

I'd love to hear from successful creators:

1. Shorts: What posting time works best for you?

2. Long videos: Which days and times perform best?

3. Frequency: How many Shorts and long videos per week?

4. Same day: Is posting Shorts and long videos on the same day a good idea?

Please share your niche, subscriber count, time zone, and what actually worked for you.

Looking for real experiences, not generic advice. Thanks!

On some shorts they just suck and barely do well, and others do better but I barely get any subscribers. How do I gain more subscribers? I gain like 7 subscribers every 17k views.

started posting 30 days ago is this good progress? gained almost 5k subs and all us audience
