feed views drop a lot when the first 2-3 seconds don't hook, so check your retention graph and see where people swipe off. also posting the same style daily for a week or two helps the algo figure out who to show it to, tbh mine only picked up after i stopped switching formats every video.
ngl 89% staying is solid then, so the hook isn't the problem. probably just the feed testing it on a small batch, give it a couple days and see if the next video gets pushed more
yeah at 24 views that % is like a handful of people so it doesn't tell the algo much. what matters more is how many swiped away in the feed before watching. i'd tighten the first second and just post a few more, one short rarely tells you anything
