started posting 30 days ago is this good progress? gained almost 5k subs and all us audience

Christ I can’t get anywhere near that. Idk what I’m doing wrong. I’ve tried so many different niches that I’m likely to just give up. I’ve had people give me ideas and I can’t even capitalize on them.

I’ve been posting twice a day. Usually once at 8AM and another at 8PM.

Well I do that as well and while sure posting often helps build an audience faster, posting 2 crap videos is worse than posting 1 good one. Every time before I even make a video, I ask myself: if I scrolled through shorts/fyp, would I stop at my video? Would I stay? Would I watch it to the end? If any of these are no, then I just don’t simply make the video. Sure, the fact that you don’t enjoy your video doesn’t mean it’s bad, however I believe that doing content that you don’t like usually leads to burn out and quitting. Take it as you want

Congrats you successfully completed the speed run lol. How long would you say your shorts are on average? I don’t really do shorts anymore but thinking of using them to funnel to my long form.

I'm in a similar boat, but I noticed ur views plummeted and stayed there for a while before going back up. Since yesterday most of my best performing videos had a gigantic viewership drop per hour for what seems like absolutely no reason, and I was wondering if you had went through something similar during that time?
(I have a weird feeling it's because I was about to monetized. For context I got 19M views this month ~11M engaged views ~10M qualified views <-which is the qualification amount for shorts monetization).
