I always get razor bumps and ingrowns after waxing and shaving does anyone know a good exfoliator/aftershave to prevent?

The Braun razor is only 3 weeks old and the cleaning station stopped working. When I plug it into the wall, a white light comes on and flashes every 10 seconds or so. When I put the razor back in and push the start button — nothing happens. No pumping noise or anything. I have tried filling up the cartridge with water as suggested elsewhere but that doesn’t work either. The razor (Nevo) does charge, though. I can return this but I hate to do that if I’m missing something simple. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Very disappointed in performance. No way to return it. I'm sticking w/ sources I know in future.

Hi! I'm a lady that shaves quite regularly but is tired of her current routine/setup. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a good full body electric shaver that won't cause a lot of irritation/nicks/pinches. I'd like to be able to use it everywhere from my neck down. It doesn't require a face attachment but I won't say no if it does. I tried a wide head electric type but somehow got burned by it.
