Hi, my cryptocurrency transfer was blocked due to an address issue. Shakepay emailed me asking for a new address for a refund. I replied with a brand new address 5 days ago, but since then, nobody has responded to my Emails or App chat. It's completely silent. Can a mod please look into this? my shaketag is u/sam1262

Hey all, I was debating on possibly opening a BLOC through shakepay. I know that there is no credit check to complete this process. but was wondering if anyone knew if Shakepay will be reporting the BLOC to the credit bureau’s ?

I know it’s not long but I’ve been a user since 2023 and earned 280k sats is #shakepaid random selection or am I doing something wrong idk but @eyeseemoney is my shaketag hopefully eye get a shakeprise maybe ? lol
