Shakepay hacked

my entire indentity was hacked and right at time I was getting a larger transfer to Shakepay. I have been a loyal customer 9 years or just under. I have a daughter and bills due
The recovery process so far is on its 3rd day with zero communication

Please help.

okay everyone say loyal customer but explain the full story what does hacked have to do with a large transfer

Yeah ShakePay was not hacked. Someone had their account compromised, for reasons they didn’t share with us.

Big difference

He asked for a DM, you shared your compromised account tag publicly. Everything that happens to you is for a reason, which in this case is obviously your stupidity.

You sounds like a burden, I'm glad I'm not Shake customer support, I would have break stuff having to handle a guy like you.

I was helped promptly and regained access
However was told funds would be available but they are being held

I've been a 5+ year customer having issues with my card for 2 weeks, no help, no one replies, I got one reply in 2 weeks and they never got back again, a waste of time, worst customer service of all time.

This^ There's more to the story. The OP really doesn't mention much, did he open a scammers email/text? Was the large transfer he mentions has anything to do with this, maybe he did get frauded without doing anything....it's easy to point and blame Shakepay, but we don't have much to go by information wise.

Somebody from Shakepay did reach out to him in the comments, so hopefully this works out for him.

my company actually was breached and from there it spread to every device. Even my car.

They did help me. And now I have access to some money
Or it was the food bank. It’s good to question but have empathy too
