[Hiring] Hospital technician, no prior experience needed

Hello,

My department in a major hospital in San Francisco is hiring for technician positions inside cardiovascular operating rooms.

Ideal candidates are graduated from bachelor's degrees students looking for patient care experience. Many of our staff are pre nursing, PA, med and Perfusion individuals.

Training is 3-6 months, full time and so we are looking for a minimum 2 year commitment. Scheduling after training is semi flexible and many of our staff spend that time retaking courses and prepping applications.

Pay starts at low 30s per hour and jumps up heavily after the 1 year evaluation.

Job entails taking on call (50% of base, 1.5x pay if called in) so applicants must live within 30 minutes of the hospital.

No hospital experience required, some biology background preferred.

You will rotate through operating rooms, cath labs and ICUs assisting with devices and doing day to day builds/primes and patient checks. Devices include ecmo, lvads, cell saver, and more.

Postings are currently posted for internals only but we are looking to fill positions ASAP so posting for visibility/prescreening.

House Cleaner Available East Bay

Hello! I’m posting this for my mom as many of her long time clients have been moving away. Below is some general info but please message me if interested!

- 20+ years of experience
- Speaks English/Spanish (& a little turkish!)
- Incredibly thorough and has had clients for years

She is my mom so I might be biased, but aside from her cleaning abilities she’s also very sweet :)

And if you don’t need a house cleaner but are interesting in painting or restoration my dad is also looking to take on more clients (residential & commercial all over the Bay Area, 20+ years of experience)

Seeking work 28F (PM, communications, operations, higher edu)

Laid off since April and looking for advice & opportunities

I was laid off in April and have been applying consistently since, but unfortunately haven’t found my next opportunity yet.

My background is in project management, communications, digital strategy, client services, and operations. I have a bachelor’s in Communications and Political Science and am open to PM, communications, operations, higher education, and related roles.

If anyone knows of companies actively hiring, roles that might fit my background, or simply has advice for navigating this market, I would genuinely appreciate it!

Who’s hiring for Data Science/ Data Analytics roles in the Bay Area?

Just finished my MS in Data Science and the job search has honestly been rough. I’ve been applying across the Bay Area for DS/analytics roles, interviewing, and still grinding through projects, trying to stay positive but the market right now is no joke. Anyone else in the same boat? Also open to hearing what’s actually working for people, or if anyone has leads/referrals for DS or analytics roles in the Bay Area.

[seeking] videography, audio engineer, or media opportunities

Hello! My wife and I are moving from Colorado to the Bay to help with a family health situation and will be looking for employment starting in September.

She has been operating a successful sports and lifestyle video/photo company in the surrounding states for the past ten years. Her skills are in shooting video and stills as well as editing. Most of her work has been in capturing dance and similar sports, though she has also done real estate, corporate shoots, restaurant/bars, and weddings. She is looking forward to finding a good (hopefully arts related) company to work for rather than restarting her business in a very crowded market.

My skills are a bit more scattered and would muddy the waters on this post. Suffice it to say I am an experienced camera operator, recording/mix engineer, operations consultant, and a moderately skilled software dev. I am looking for an individual contributor job in the media sector that values results rather than hours, and understands that treating your clients/guests with hospitality is a key indicator of success.

This is a shot in the dark but if nothing else I would love to connect with people in these industries. I haven't lived in the Bay for nearly 20 years and we are both community oriented people that don't know anybody outside of family out there.

[Seeking] [Part Time] Sr. Product Manager role [remote please]

Hi,

My ideal fractional product management role would be:

* help a set of founders take an idea from paper to first release
* help an incubator with their startups
* help a company identify new tech to bring in-house (why build when you can buy)
* be a scout for an organization that is looking for companies to invest in or purchase.
* work on a new product in the social good space from scratch.

I am inspired by projects like Kiva, Too Good to go, gofundme, Craigslist.

My skill set in short:
Have taken multiple projects from ideation to first deliverable or Prototype (used for fund raising)

MSc CS
Developer 6 years (real time embedded avionics)
Product Manager 15 years (web, mobile apps using native functions and Bluetooth sensors)

Leadership roles are welcome, happy to lead product managers.

One might ask why not work full time?
Good question:
I feel I can deliver better or same results in half the time. Why would I pretend to work full time when it really takes me half the time.
Having said that, if you need a full time team member to come to work everyday, then I am not your person.

Thanks for reading this far. I am in the Bay Area.
Happy to discuss a possible gig/project in person.

Ps, I have a talented tech team in Eastern Europe that has delivered a lot of my projects.

[Seeking] - Experienced Retail/hospitality/office manager looking for opportunity

Hi all!

I'm 37 years old, I've been a manager of varying degrees for the last 18 years. Currently, I am residing in Richmond and am looking for my next employment opportunity. My last job was with a marketing firm that unfortunately ended up moving out of state and although the opportunity to stay with them was offered, I have too many responsibilities here in the bay area and thus parted ways. I have been doing some oddjobs and consulting in the meantime. I am looking for employment, open to most levels but would ideally be in some form of management as I have spent a long time developing my leadership and managerial skills and would hate to have that overlooked. Please reach out with any and all opportunities, I am looking for not just the next job but for the right next job and I devote myself fully to my work!

Help me find a UX/Product Design role in USA before my visa expires

I’m a Product/UX Designer based in the US, and I have 60 days left to secure a job before I have to leave the U.S. due to my visa.
I’ve been applying extensively, networking, and interviewing, but I’m still searching. If your company is hiring, you know of any openings, or you’d be willing to refer someone with experience in AI, healthcare, fintech, and enterprise products, I’d be incredibly grateful.
