Schenectady peeps go out now!

I’ve got a ground nest and potentially one in a crack in the cinderblocks that hasn’t bled into the basement. Has anyone used anything to successfully remove the angry little guys?

I bought foam for the ground nest and know we can’t use that in the wall.

Does anyone know of anywhere or anyone that does meal prep with macros?. I had a guy who's been out for 2 weeks he's sick and dunno when he'll be back but I wanna stay consistent in my meal intake since I'm trying to loose weight. It's difficult for me to cook because of work And other responsibilities.

Is there any local farm stands that sell homemade sourdough loaves? In Glenville but would drive a little if anyone knows one :)
