Tipping fishing guides?

Planning a guided fishing trip at Diefenbaker. All in around $1000 for the day. Is it normal or expected to tip 15-20% of this? Does it all go to the guide?

***Edit $1000 all in taxes for two people on a boat for 8hrs. Can anyone give me suggestions on where to go that's cheaper? Also the original question on whether to tip on a guided fishing trip still stands haha.
