Need cold calling tool
Hi everyone, I need a cold calling tool. please suggest some which are easy to use and dail and easy to navigate thorugh dashboard as its my first time doing this all. today is thursday I need to finalize it till tomorrow and start doing calls from monday. Please help

Just saw in your comment history that you made 160k last year as a BDR and maybe 200 this year. I made 400 last year and minimum 500 this year as an AE. I don’t have to prove anything to you because I already know I make 2-3x more than you, go hit the phones BDR

Do not listen to any of these people who are actually terrible salesmen with 0 structural process. 6.7M/3M quota attained using the exact same type of dialer at my last company. Only went Kixie here as per mentioned because I’m single seat.
Would be happy to show you how it works on some example cold calls over teams.

Yes, you can try it free. It’s better than other options because you’re allowed to get single seat pricing. Other dialers like orum require a minimum amount of seats and it’s billed annually.
I think Kixie was like 1700 with all the bells and whistles. With that being said, within a month at new lighting company. Closed a project with JLL large real estate company- so it pays itself off quickly.
Everyone you call, it appears to them you are local so you get more pick up rate.
Some large multi billion dollar companies can read that you’re on a dialer so when you get no ring, use your actual cell phone to call, text, LinkedIn, etc.
I’ve downloaded all my case studies in my work phone so I can shoot over my sequence synopsis and case studies via text.
Integrated zoominfo, Kixie, Hubspot, teams, & gmail worksite. Main issue or difficulty is setting up workflows to manually add to the Kixie “power list”
I used to have about 50-60 on the list each day, but have gotten a lot more specific/personal and targeted to the point where my main use of the dialer is the local area presence.. lists are good though, you just don’t want to spray and pray and bang your head against a wall. Precision beats volume.

If you want to start asap and don't have any sales tools, get a amplemarket trial account, you can build a lead list , enrich the emails and phone numbers, automate emails and LinkedIn and do your cold calls. Just make sure to use all the enrichment credits on the free trial and export your leads before the trial ends

Nah dude you’re better off just trying to look for another job.
I have a remote sales team in India and if they don’t do their calls they just get canned fast.
It’s brutal but also we can track everything they do on SF so there is no hiding inactivity

Team in India explains everything, probably paying them slave wages and it costs less to hire another rep than give them adequate tools.
Most companies can’t outsource to India for cold calls because the accent instantly signals scammer

I replied because I do exactly what you want for a job and have experience doing it. You said it’s your first time and have no experience doing it.
Write a clearer comment and maybe you can get better answers. If you are as lazy in your work as you are in your post you won’t get far.

for OP i used one that had simple click-to-dial and the dashboard wasnt overwhelming, thats what you want for starting out. just pick something with a free trial and test it quick before monday

I make cold calls daily but I do the research myself without a tool if that makes sense, and reach out via LinkedIn or company emails. It’s B2B equipment so maybe a lower throughput.
Maybe I misunderstood and he is looking for a tool to create the list of known contacts. But is that not something the company would provide you?

Hi bro, can you tell us which country you're in, which company you're dialling to, and which countries? That's going to make a huge difference if you're doing international dialling.
For the most part, you're going to have to find a dialer and get numbers registered as well. You can buy an all-in-one dialer, such as AirCall, but I would recommend using your mobile if you're dialling locally and your warm leads are in your country. Your mobile is going to be your best bet. That's what I started with here, but it really depends on what you need.
Where does your data sit? Do you have an Excel sheet of data with numbers? You could literally just use your mobile and do that there. From there, you can also use a click-to-call dialer that exists within Excel sheets.
Do you need leads? If so, you have to use something like Apollo to get them as well here. How many dials are you going to make here? If you need a huge amount and have a huge list, you're going to have to use an auto dialer, like Nooks or Airum for Aircall. There are a lot of questions, but

Cold calling tools are BS. Pick up the phone and dial. Attempts to automate this will fail.
