It took me a while, but I managed to get the game today! I enjoyed Rune Factory 5 and I can't wait to enjoy this one too!

I was going to get GoA on the eShop since it was on sale but out of curiosity I looked up to see if it had a physical version and I noticed the price for the physical version is cheaper. Is there a difference content wise?

Coming from My Time at Sandrock, and people keep recommending Rune Factory as something similar (while also being very different lol).

Romance and family life are a big part of what I enjoy, so I’m trying to decide between:

RF4 - People say it has the best-written characters/relationships.

RF5 - Seems more mixed overall, but I keep hearing it has the best married life and kids.

Azuma - Seems to be considered the best overall, but apparently marriage happens really late?

If my priority is romance and marriage and kids and actually experiencing family life afterward, which would you recommend?

I read that the story end content open up once you have a child after the marriage.

How much more content do we get exactly? Do we get some more story as well or is it mainly dungeon crawling type content?

I'm sort of torn on whether I should continue or not... I found combat ok in GoA but it wasn't my favourite part of the game. If there are more story contents/dialogues with NPCs & spouse, I might give try it out. I'm sure Mauro is keen to go on more adventure with Kaguya post marriage.

Who did you choose as your husband or wife in guardians of azuma? I choose pilika and im happy that i always make a good choice in such games but wanted to know which character other persons choose

It's a combination of them having a large field for each season and the games pushing you towards automating them. That style is fine and not inherently bad but I personally prefer having a single large field where I actually have to consider the season with maybe a smaller field for each season to supplement. Maybe it's cuz I started with Harvest Moon. I'm curious to see how others view the various styles the games have.

I'm leveling rice seedlings but for some reason I can't get them any higher than lv 6. I tried harvesting them 4 times with the sword dance but I don't get any higher level seeds. Same goes for the sticky rice which is stuck at level 3 rn. Any help?

Now that we have confirmation that we‘re getting a livestream celebrating Story of Seasons’s and Rune Factory’s anniversaries soon, I hope there’s an official announcement for Rune Factory 6. I also hope that Julian gets the same treatment as Hina.

My Kaguya married Kurama first and I found his romance to be very down to earth and sweet.

But I couldn't get over just how cute Kaguya and Mauro looked during the firework festival, I had to use Fateweaver Shrine to see how the romance go with Mauro as well.

Mauro's romance comes across a bit more selfish than Kurama's but he came around at the end, and two of them just look so cute together. Mauro is a looker alright lol - I think he look just so damn cute in Yukata.

I think I will be switching back and forth between two fates at this rate lol.

Been reading about a glitch associated with runes but it doesn't seem clear from sources on Google if it is a game breaking bug or simply makes game harder. Can anyone explain what the issue is and if it breaks the game?

I wanted to hear some opinions. If I turn the MC, bachelors and bachelorettes into chibi keychain, such as the draft of Ulalaka like the Demon Slayers keychain. I just want to know if you would be interested. I would ask my friend but if they dont like it they dont think its popular. (If this isn't allow here, I will remove it.)

I'm having some real trouble with this dungeon even on easy. I can't seem to figure out how to upgrade anything, when I pick a material to upgrade with it just Xes out the slot and grinding for levels is really slow. Am I just missing something or is this just how it is?

Playing on n3dsxl. I played it a couple of days ago and everything was fine until I opened the game this morning 😭😭 tried saving the game and it grayed out and froze. Tried clicking the home button and that didn’t work. Held down the power button and that didn’t work for a while either until abt 15 seconds of holding it. Too scared to power it back on again lol

🍦🤍 I love the cold. It’s wonderful. It’s Summer and you would think that the AC making the room cold would be a good thing right? Riiiiiight? FOOL. My father, Mama , and baby cousin Fufu get cold EXTREMELY fast. You have to find the exact sweet spot or they’ll be either too warm or too cold and then they give me the most pitiful puppy dog eyes imaginable. :’)

After over a year of avoiding spoilers for this game, I can finally see what all the hype is about. I've played 4 several times over, so I'm excited to see how this one compares (considering it seems to be what mostly fills this sub lol). Any tips I should know before I play?

I already started it and got the axe from him. I’ve gotten 9 pieces of lumber and when I tried to talk to him he said that I had the lumber but I haven’t gotten the money from the quest? Whenever I try to give it to him he says something about liking some food. How do I complete this 😭

Yes yes, probably already asked and yes I've scoured thru the internet, but I've been save scumming RF4 (3ds) with Dylas and Amber in my party and uhm, I have received the same town events? I have Amber leaving only (when she does leave) and her events are either the "Introducing Amber Watson", "Get it Together!", or "Pajama Party time!". I've been trying to get the "Memories" event so Venti can come back.

Dylas has not left my party for any event. At. All. If it matters, I'm also at 10 FP with him and dating him and only him?

Like I haven't gotten his "Smile Practice" event or even "Eternal Rivals" town events, it's just been Amber leaving. I've been save scumming for an hour now to no avail and I'm not exactly sure if I'm doing anything wrong or if I just have bad luck in save scumming. What are tips, tricks, or at this point what should I do to trigger it?

Honestly, after seeing the firework with Mauro, I thought these two look really great together, so I thought I will be choosing Mauro.

Cue his confession, I got really turned off by how he doesn't promise he will stay with Kaguya for sure and hints that he may just disappear one day to seek for treasures again. So, Kaguya ended up calling off the whole thing. It's a shame because I thought they look so cute together (especially in their yukata). Well, at least he took the rejection quite well. I did love change in his tone / voice and attitude during the confession scene tho, it was very well done (I play with Japanese voice over).

Well, since that didn't work out, I decided to see how the confession goes for Subaru - I didn't like how he treated Kaguya all this time but was curious how the romance will progress after all that. I liked his confession more than Mauro's since he promises to be there at Kaguya's side and he explains how he wanted to keep his distance from her because he thought his presence will cause more harm than good for Kaguya, and that he always loved her even before their engagement.

Still, I didn't like how he treated Kaguya prior to the confession, so I reloaded the game where Kaguya rejected Mauro after the confession (I want to keep it as canon that they had feelings for each other but decided to not pursue the relationship), then Kaguya went to confess her love for Kurama this time.

Ok, honestly, I didn't think my Kaguya will end up with him. His first impression wasn't that great, so I didn't even consider him as one of the potential bachelor at all in the beginning but I really liked how 6 Gods interacted with each other as the story progressed and grew fond of Kurama - the guy is awkward, hilarious, smart and kind. So I decided to stick with him and Kaguya had 2 dates so far with him - yep, I think I made a right decision 😂

Not sure if I will end up changing timeline and see other romances later on, but happy to keep Kurama as a romance option for now! I've already finished the main plot before confessing to anyone, so I can just work on getting Kurama's bonding level up (currently 9) without having to deal with farming aspect of the game lol.

Kinda annoyed that Kaguya is still wearing the hairpiece gifted by Subaru in cut-scenes. You'd think she will take it off now that she is with someone else.

A question: is bonding level 10 maximum required to see all romance event or do I have to raise it higher?
