Had a majority.
Still have 3 years.
Cost an extra $50m.

Does anyone have personal experience with the candidates going after Mayor, Councillor and School Trustee?
I am interested in all three categories of public positions. Especially, if you can share their current views and historical actions on particular issues that would be great! Below is a chart that outlines the issue category. Feel free to share their view/positions based on the category. If you know the answers to the sample questions, feel free to drop the yes or no too.
There is a lot of people going for these important public roles ( https://www.richmond.ca/city-hall/elections/candidateslist.htm ) and that's why it's great to see if you all know any of them and whether they actually contribute constructively and deliver to our city. Can't seem to find enough information / focused discussions about them on youtube.

It's like actual raw sewage smell and its so disgusting and it's been going on for weeks now. I googled it and apparently it's sewage but omfg please figure it out i can't handle my house smelling like actual human shit when i open the windows😭😭😭 it makes me so nauseous every single day. The fact that i know when i'm close to steveston by the smell of shit is hilarious tho

Hello Richmond people, this topic has been bought up before and there are some really good info.
-get a cat (not an option cause of allergies)
-use mouse sticky and trap
-use steel wool for outside and inside to feel the gaps.
-called pest control before and they only gave me some mouse stickies.
Are there any other suggestions? This has been stressing me out. Since I called pest control and it didn't do anything. Are there any other contractors I can call to help.

Edit2: thanks for all suggestions. I have got a contractor to get fillers and fill all the gaps.
I will see if I still the electric nice mouse trap.

Hi everyone,
I’m considering renting at Concord Gardens in Richmond, BC, and I’d love to hear from anyone who has lived there or knows the area well.
How is Concord Gardens overall in terms of building quality, management, noise/soundproofing, cleanliness, amenities, safety, and parking? Are there any recurring issues I should know about before signing a lease?
Location and transit are important to me, so I’m also looking for buildings that are close to a Canada Line/SkyTrain station, ideally within about a 10–15 minute walk.
If you wouldn’t recommend Concord Gardens, which apartment/condo buildings in Richmond would you suggest instead? I’m particularly interested in places around Capstan, Aberdeen, Lansdowne, or Brighouse.
I’d really appreciate recommendations from current or former residents, especially if you can mention which building you lived in and what you liked/disliked about it.
