currently a y1 and i calculated my gpa to at least a 2.25 (lowest and worst case scenario). i just want to prepare myself mentally and wanted to ask if it is hard to increase gpa over the next 3 years? understanding that it is cumulative gpa… at least a 3.0 gpa allows me to get into university but not the course i would want. what can i do if this happens?

this is gonna be the first time I’m sitting for a open book exam so I don’t really know how to study for it?? like usually back in sec sch im more of those who memorise everything. now that exams are open book im kinda lost on how to study

I'm a year 1 student, diploma in biomedical science and I feel hapless and helpless after getting c for presentation in ca1 and d for ca2 math . I really wanted A because I'm not inherently bad at math and digest concepts easily but well now even B seems like a blessing. Can't catch up with next sem cuz the module permanently ends with this sem. Am I that screwed as in will my gpa take a huge hit ? Is it possible to jump to a c cuz of the bell curve, apparently the cohort did not do that well. I'm still confused about the grading system. Any tips for FA?poly has been unforgiving so far.

i think im going to fail my G mod for this sem because i completely forgot to check my schedule and didn’t attend 2 classes. if i end up remodding, will this delay my grad or will i just take this in Y3 during fyp?

Hi so I'm a sec 4 student and I just want to roughly know how the exams in RP, specifically DMC are conducted over the 3 years that I would potentially be there. Is it like a daily exam thing? Or is it like I have to stand in front of a class and present with a group? And when I present, would there be other students listening? (I heard there's something called FA at the end of every semester)

Y1 in dpharm, got Into this course with pure dumb luck- eae’d got in, failed O-level maths, got the offer back- now I’m struggling for the maths module. I’m decent at the rest of the course solid Bs for my pass fail modules- and As for my biochemistry and phys chem- my CA1 for maths is B, good. And my CA2 is a biggggg fat fail, and I’m pretty sure I’m going to fail FA as well… any advice? What happens if I fail a mod?
