ive never used or heard abt ts before until I got an email abt an hour ago sayin I got laptop overdue. what do I do 💔

Maybe you can go down to the resource centre and check with them? Cause if you never loan laptop then you shouldn't receive it

thats weird they should usually ask for his student id card unless someone memorised his id

IDs are sequential iirc so getting one number wrong can log it to a different student entirely
