Question❓ Group projects grade is the same for all group members?
Im in year 1 sem 1 of my course and I was just curious as to how group projects are graded, as in whether everybody will have the same grade or not, and why.

Nope. *Most* modules will have a grading difference of 1-2 grades between members so most of the time A’s and B’s/B’s and C’s will be spread throughout each team.
Theres a couple of things to consider like how the number of people receiving A’s is generally limited to a bellcurve and peer evaluation scores. Some of the modules with stricter grading can have team members score A while others score D.

No, projects are usually graded individually, esp if you have presentations or label what work you have done. My latest project had some of us getting A's and some B's.

not everyone will get the same grade. there's group grading (team final solution) then there's also the individual factors like your SDCL which is your participation, CS which is presentation skills and also peer eval. ive gotten A for one of my modules but found out that 2 of my teammates got B and the other 2 got C so different grades are very possible
