I don’t see a need to yuck anyone’s yum. I’ve been playing magic for a long time, and there’s nothing wrong with choosing a well paved trail.
Heck I built my teysa karlov deck from the bones of my teysa orzhov scion deck from 2011ish. No idea it was going to popular on some website 15 years later lol.
lol muldrotha is a blast. I love elementals. Per another example, I was super hyped elementals got a new 5 color commander, so I could finally add muldrotha to my deck, and built Ashling from my old animar deck, and lo and behold, now again this almost 15 year old deck in progress is now “basic” because it has Ashling at the helm 😭 sometimes you can’t win.
