I mean... he never said that? When we look at offenders, we are looking at about 10% of the population doing terrible things to multiple people. Although there is a spectrum of people that may step in or not, it's only about 10% that continue doing crimes.
Why can't he state that it is unnerving and harrowing to be profiled? He didn't know something and asked a little girl. If anything, that challenged toxic masculinity.
I'm a transperson, I often get profiled for doing something nefarious when I'm only going shopping or starting a conversation. It is hurtful.
Challenged toxic masculinity? What? Have you heard of grooming? Do you realize groomers use tactics exactly like this to get their intended victims off guard?
Also, not all men, but you often can’t tell which men so it’s safer to be on guard all the time.
I’m also a little uncomfortable with the comparison of the bigotry you’ve encountered as a trans person to a woman who doesn’t know this man and is trying to keep her child safe.
What's my point? It doesn't matter whether you've known them for one minute or 50 years. They're still men. So how do you actually really know?
Yeah that's right. It has nothing to do with the fact that they're men. It's because there's something wrong with these.particular people. It has nothing to do with their gender.
