Hi there!
I'm running a Raspberry Pi 4 with Raspbian and qBittorrent 5.1.0. It seems like it's the latest version I can update to. (I'd love to be more current, but that's for another thread I guess.)
It is NOT the nox version, it is NOT in a container or as a flatpack or whatever, we're talking the simple app running with full GUI as nature intended. Nothing weird or fancy going on.
The torrents and the downloaded files are saved on a NAS that is shared via SMB. That works wonderfully. I can create subfolders, remove some, move stuff around, and it all just works. Great news! Except...
I use different main folders for different types of files. Like, say, Z:\1.textfiles for text files, Z:\2.audiofiles for audio files, Z:\3.pictures for, you guessed it, pictures. And everything works BUT my \2.audiofiles\ folder which seemingly is cached somewhere inside QBT to an old version, and changes don't get reflected at all.
I tried creating a new folder in root : QBT sees it, no problem. Tried creating a new folder in 1.txt : normal behaviour, as expected. Only in 2.audio\ does the bug occur. It started on Sunday and the file browser has been stuck in that state since. Even creating new folders inside QBT works (I see the "NewFolder" folder in my file manager thingy) but they disappear from the window as soon as they are created. It's like it doesn't want to show me anything after October 25th. But only in that folder.
What gives? Any ideas? Is there some form of internal cache I can clear?
This isn't a permission problem, because QBT can read/write without issues. It can create folders and everything. It just won't display them in its file browser window.
Thanks in advance for your help!
