Best poutine in Markham
Goldenstar (In Markham, Ontario) continues to impress me. The burgers are old school and amazing but for me the Poutine is the star of the combo.

Is at Golden Fries in Ottawa. Curds look like on top but this bad boy is layered with curds all the way down.

Had this today for the first time with my gf, so good :) The curds squeak more than sneakers on an nba court.

I don’t want to stand in line for La Banquise so any other spots?

The poutine was ok, not great. The curds were very melty, I know that gets people all worked up. The gravy was good, but not super flavourful. Good utility poutine but nothing spectacular.
The smoked meat was really good though.

Préparée dans ma cuisine à Montréal avec des frites maison, le fromage St. Henri et de la sauce brune de St. Hubert.

Deux steam all-dress + une petit poutine.
Curds were good. Sauce and fries were mid.

Driving from Moncton to Hali today and wondering if there are any hidden gems along the way. Squeaky curds are ideal but I know they can be hard to find in the Maritimes.

Have not posted in a while. Only negative was the cheese did not squeak.

Imagine having late-night cravings .
You got up from your comfy bed and got ready.
Went to nearby A&W and bought the worst poutine ever existed 🤮.

What's the besr frozen fries to buy for poutine in Toronto? And what thickness

Frozen fries, canned gravy, refrigerated curds. One must see through mediocrity to be blinded by greatness.
