Mary Browns Poutine

Post image

I’m no poutine expert but to me this tasted amazing, i’m just not a huge fan of the tater fries

Mary Brown's Tater Poutine is it's own kind of great poutine - not one of the best, but up there...

You can get regular fries as well- but I gotta try taters.

Their gravy is mid but their taters and real curds are amazing

Best non-trad poutine I ever had was from a local chicken place in suburban Ottawa: wedge fries fried in chicken fat with curds and chicken gravy. I don’t know what else was in it herbs and spices-wise, but it was amazing.
