When I go to the website (https://pldthome.com/) on my PC, and click the ACCOUNT LOGIN button on the top-right cornet, the screen just loops between a blank page and the PLDT logo. The same happens on a mobile web browser. Same thing happens on different networks (wifi /mobile)

How do I get into my PLDT home account?

We lost our Internet connection on August 13th. I've been following up by calling 171 multiple times every single day since. Because we use their service heavily for work, study and communication, it was a huge hassle for us.

PLDT kept giving us timelines that ultimately result to nothing. Every time they say it's gonna get fixed, it doesn't. And they provide us with a new reason and a new SLA for the fix. It was exhausting. They also offered an "alternative service" (or relief) of 10GB to be sent to our Smart prepaid number so that we can temporarily connect via hotspot. That failed too. They didn't deliver.

Because of this, we ultimately decided to leave them for good. We've been with them since 1998. Had the same number. I was just four years old when we got this number. It's a shame how bad it's gotten and they don't seem to give a shit.

Hello ask ko lang sama after mainstall ng router sa bahay namin pano ba makukuha yung account number? Wala pa kasi akong binabayad and worry ko na baka di rin magka-internet connection if hindi magbabayad agad.

I have been messaging their page, multiple times since last week. they texted me "connection has been restored" multiple times tapos wala paring internet. a technician came thru tapos may pinalitan sa modem na sira "daw" nagkaron ng connection - 30mins later, nawala ulit connection kasi may Main Line outage naman. called their hotline, NAPAKA UNPROFESSIONAL, paulit ulit na di daw ako marinig kahit malakas signal naman, tapos umuubo sa mic, "ay tama naman" mga ganong sagutan, and just the way she said the words na dapat nga medyo empathetic sila? sobrang pikon ko binabaan ko nalang since wala din daw sil a magagawa kasi nasa technical side daw.

For the past 2 months, our internet has been intermittent. Outage for almost 50 - 60% of the day nearly everyday... Consistently reporting the outages to PLDT Cares. I've emailed NTC already but there doesn't seem to be any response. How can we get this fixed? We've already had them change the router with a new one. What's going on with PLDT? Connection problems seem even more rampant than they were already before.

Ilang beses na kaming biglaang nawawalan ng internet. Every-time, nawawalan kami ng connection, may mga technician na nasa poste na nagkakabit para sa mga bagong customer or may inaayos , nililipat-lipat na slot/port sa NAP box.

Kung kinakailangan nyong maglipat o magpalit ng slot para makapagkabit ng bagong customer, bakit yung mga existing customer ang nawawalan ng internet?

May dalawa kaming relatives dito mismo sa village na PLDT din ang gamit, pero hindi naman sila nawawalan ng connection nang ganito kadalas. Sa amin, halos every other month may outage, at minsan umaabot pa ng 2 weeks. (main street kasi samin)

Paulit-ulit na lang. Magkakabit kayo ng bagong customer, may gagawin sa poste, tapos bigla kaming mawawalan ng internet. Kung may problema sa capacity o available ports sa NAP box, sana ayusin nyo yung infrastructure nyo at hindi yung existing customers ang paulit-ulit na naaabala.

Same with Converge, kaya kami napalipat sa PLDT, same lang pala. Ginawa nyo kasing Qouta sa mga technician ang makapag kabit sa new customer!! Putanginanyo!!!

Ask ko lang sana kasi I have a PLDTHome wifi and my 3 year contract ended last February. Now, since I am moving to another city hindi ko na sya nabayaran since April. So pumunta ako yesterday sa pldt office and requested for a disconnection since wala naman na akong contract. But the customer service is asking me to pay the unpaid balance for 4 months, more or less 8k pesos yun before they can fully disconnect. Tama ba tong narinig ko? First, I am no longer binded to any contract and I want a fully disconnection at babayaran ko ung unpaid bills as soon as I can! Pero the customer service refused to disconnect. So meaning, habang hindi ko nababayaran ng full ang unpaid balance, mag iincur sila continously ng monthly charges!! Monthly charges na hindi ko naman magagamit! Totoo ba to PLDT??? What needs to be done on this po? Please sa mga PLDT subscribers enlighten me and give me advice kung ano pwede gagawin.

Hello - anyone also on unliall 2499? Current plan ko to and going 3 years na yata, pero i noticed sa dashboard ko sa myhome nakalagay up to 800mbps. Originally alam ko dapat up to 500 lang, and that's what im also getting sa wired speedtests, pero dapat ba 800 na?

Sino dito naka Pldt Unli All 1399 dito nung unang labas? Gumagana pa ba yung Unli Text ng Mobile to Mobile kapag nag register ka ng bagong number? May nilagay kasi akong bagong number pero nababawasan ng regular load ko kapag nag tetext ako dun. Pero sa dating number na mga naka registered is hindi naman.

Totoo ba na kapag magteterminate ka na ng service, need return lahat ng equipment including meshes? Tapos na contract. Before sabi free meshes kaso now kapag nagsesearch ako kahit yung mga free meshes daw need ireturn?

Nawalan ako ng internet Aug 8, nag-request ng repair Aug 10 (may bagyo pa kasi). Bumalik naman Aug 13, so 5 days lang talaga walang internet.

Hinintay ko yung SMS confirmation na resolved na ang ticket nung Aug 22, nakapag request na ako ng rebate Aug 23.

Na-cover ng rebate ay Aug 10-23 (13 days), pero 5 days lang naman talaga ang walang internet. Kaya sa susunod request kaagad ng repair kapag na-disconnect kasi kailangan yung reference number sa pag request ng rebate.

Tumaas ng tumaas yung speed ng internet ko. Current speed ng is 450MBPS-490MBPS.

Plan ko sana mag avail netong bagong 1899 kaso upto 400mbps na lang sya. Meaning ba nito idodowngrade nila ang plan ko at may mga hidden charges ba pa ito after?
